- Age
- Disability
- Gender reassignment
- Marriage and civil partnership
- Pregnancy and maternity
- Race

What this looks like in practice
- Quotes, bookings and service are offered on the same terms to every customer
- Recruitment of drivers and subcontractors is based on skills, experience and conduct — nothing else
- Reasonable adjustments are made to support disabled customers and colleagues
- Customers can request a specific driver or a same-gender driver where this is reasonable and possible
- Inappropriate language or behaviour — from a colleague or a customer — is challenged and addressed
Reporting concerns
Anyone who experiences or witnesses discrimination, harassment or bullying in connection with our service is encouraged to raise it with us. Concerns can be raised in confidence by emailing info@kazcarriers.com. We will investigate fairly and confidentially, and take action where it is warranted.
Review
This policy is reviewed annually and whenever there is a significant change in law or in our operations.
